Policies

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our spa policies:

Arrival

For your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our new client intake form. For all future appointments please arrive a couple minutes early, and have a seat in the waiting area if the spa room door is closed.

Late Arrival

Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.

Cancellation policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge.  

  • No shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.  
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the treatment price.  
Packages

Treatment packages must be used within one year of purchase.  

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  Please note that all products and services must be paid for at the time of your scheduled appointment.  

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations in the treatment room never leave the treatment room, nor do we share any client information. Health history forms and email lists are confidential.

Retin-A/Retinol

Please discontinue all products containing Retin-A/Retinol at least 72 hours prior to any facial or waxing treatment. Failing to do so could result in lifted skin on areas waxed, & sensitivity or other adverse reactions to products used during your treatment. 

Returns

All service sales and gift certificate sales are final.  Retail items can only be returned if unused, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.

Other tips for your visit:

Nature of Beauty Estheticians work by appointment only. We are located between Al Vento and PaddleSculpt and share a space with Fantastic Sams.  Upon entering, head to the right and straight back where we have a small waiting room on the right.  We will always have a sign on the door indicating the status of a session.  If there is a treatment in session when you arrive, please wait quietly until the appointment has ended. 

Parking

Street parking is available in front of the spa, and there is a parking lot in back.  Please don't park in the Town Hall Lane parking lot on the side of the building.
